Class Descriptions
Zumba Fitness A Latin-inspired, dance-fitness program, incorporating Latin and international music and dance movements, designing a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and successful fitness plan. A Zumba Fitness® class joins fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body merging aerobic/fitness to achieve a unique blend of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
Power of 20 This class combines 3 workouts: cardiovascular, resistance training and abs/core work in 20 minute segments. The perfect way to start your day!
BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!
PiYo The perfect blend of Pilates/Yoga FUSION, sports stretch, dance stretch, athletics and more! This is a stretch workout for those who want more than just flexibility; they want to burn calories and build muscle! This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints, yet delivers strength, balance, agility and flexibility in one unique calorie burning workout.
Circuit Training This class combines intervals of intermediate cardiovascular training with strength training exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Indoor Cycling A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. All fitness levels are welcome.
Yoga We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch. All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.
Boot Camp* This class will alternate intervals of intermediate cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout that will continue to challenge your body while you become stronger.
KFM (Keysi Fighting Method) * Learn the dynamic fighting style used in Batman Begins and Batman "The Dark Knight". This ballistic system cultivates the predator instinct in each of us, using the body's natural responses to both attack and defend. KFM is NOT a martial art, it's a fighting method concerned with exploring survival on our modern day streets. Get a killer workout and learn how to defend yourself at the same time! Beginners are welcome, no experience is necessary.
Lower Extreme an intense lower body workout for all fitness levels. Perfect for trimming and toning the legs, glutes and hips.
