TERRANCE EASON
Terrance “T” Eason received certification as a Physical Fitness Specialist in 1998 by the Cooper Institute and as a Sports Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer from The National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2003. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Terrance received a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, which significantly enhances his understanding of the body’s biomechanics and metabolism.
“T”, as he is known by his clients, has the core belief that “training is for the mind, body and soul”. His programs include a combination of strength training, muscle building, core strengthening, nutrition and life guidance, which he believes brings balance to an individual’s life. His goals are to encourage, inspire and uplift those whom he trains.
