RICKY OMLIN
Ricky has been helping his clients improve their lives since 2003. The approach taken with new clients is first to correct and mobilize the body. After priming and making the body more efficient at movement, specialized goals can be explored. Ricky has journeyed clients through full term pregnancy, mass gains, weight loss, and cardio-respiratory improvement programs.
To expand on more specialized areas of fitness, Ricky also offers programs for martial arts, group fitness, and kettlebell progressions. A lifestyle of fitness is easiest to capture when it is enjoyable, and for that reason, Rick learns and relates new concepts to clients to continually keep their workouts fun and interesting. |
